All About Us...

What started as a love of shopping for home interiors together quickly progressed to a mobile business selling items we sourced from wholesalers. 9 months later we opened our shop,  it became a full time job and we’ve never looked back!

From our humble little first shop we moved into bigger premises in 2018 and expanded our offering of home interiors significantly. We were now able to offer a wider product range, including greeting cards, gifts, clothing and more. 

We work constantly to source and present unique home interior and gift ideas to delight and excite our customers every time they shop with us. If you're a regular in the shop you'll know we have regular 'move arounds' to make everything look new and inspiring! Our website has evolved to include our whole product range and is regularly updated to give you the best shopping experience.

Our second shop, Mooch, opened its doors in February 2025. Located just 3 doors down from Holmes Gifts & Interiors we have been able to significantly expand our Clothing, Jewellery, Accessories and Cosmetics ranges. We carefully select our brands to ensure we offer a wide selection of items, with outstanding quality.

We love what we do. We are firm believers in the traditional high street shop and the importance of the personal shopping experience for our customers. Being part of our community, giving people inspiration for their homes, helping someone choose the perfect gift, it all makes Holmes a special place.
